By using Drape (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legal contract under Indian law to use Drape.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

Drape provides AI-powered virtual try-on, product imaging, and related tools for fashion content creation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

4. Credits

Drape uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are an internal unit and have no cash value. Credits are spent when you generate content. Credits from monthly subscriptions expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credits from top-ups never expire. Refunds for credits are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal under Indian law
  • Generate sexually explicit content involving real or minor likenesses
  • Impersonate any real person without their consent
  • Train competing AI models on Drape outputs
  • Resell Drape access without a written agreement
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits
  • Abuse referral or promo systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Where applicable, we will report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant Drape a worldwide, royalty-free license to process them through our AI pipeline solely for delivering the Service to you.

You own the outputs Drape generates from your inputs, subject to:

  • The terms of any third-party AI providers we use (Fashn, Razorpay, etc.)
  • Compliance with Section 5 (Acceptable use)

You may use Drape outputs for commercial purposes (e.g. product listings, social media posts) unless prohibited elsewhere in these Terms.

7. Third-party services

Drape integrates with Razorpay (payments) and Fashn (AI generation). Your use of Drape is also subject to their respective terms. We are not liable for outages, errors, or data handling by these third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Drape's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Drape in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using Drape and close your account at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
